03Method
We talk with the participants or their manager before designing anything.
Level, tools already in place, repetitive tasks, sensitive data. The programme is written afterwards, not before.
What you risk: a conversation, with no commitment.
Every sequence is based on a case taken from your business.
Generic exercises are at best useful to understand a concept; learning happens on real work.
What you keep: control over the data used.
Three to eight participants, by video call or on site.
Short alternation between explanation and practice. At the end of each day, everyone leaves with something that works.
What you keep: the tools built during the training.
A check-in a few weeks later to see what has been reused.
We unblock what is stuck and adjust practices. Training with no follow-up changes nothing; we plan the follow-up.
What you keep: a point of contact after the session.

The training can take place entirely by video call. If you prefer an in-person session, we come to your offices in Monaco and the neighbouring towns.

Antoine Perry founded D&A Engineering. A software engineer with a PhD in artificial intelligence, he puts AI systems into production and teaches advanced AI at an engineering and business school.

Yes, on request: we come to your offices in Monaco and the neighbouring towns. The training can also take place entirely by video call. You can call us directly on +33 6 74 18 13 95.
Yes, as long as we start from their tasks rather than from programming. With Claude Code, someone who can describe their work precisely can build useful tools in a few days. They will not become developers; they will become self-sufficient on their own needs.
Generic content is freely available. What we bring is the application to your data, your tools and your constraints, with someone who has put these systems into production and can answer when things do not work as in the video.
Before the session, we define what can be used and with which tools. Sensitive data is anonymised or replaced, and we configure accounts so that nothing is used to train the models.
For a French company, it depends on your OPCO; elsewhere, continuing-education schemes may apply depending on your organisation. We provide the detailed programme and the necessary documents, but we do not guarantee eligibility.
Three to eight participants, so that everyone works on their own cases and leaves with a tool that works.
